On or about 10/30/20, the employer did not provide OSHA 300 and associated recordkeeping forms to an authorized government representative within four business hours. OSHA logs were officially requested through a request for documents on 11/6/20, and were not provided until December of 2020. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required
