29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) Jos� Luis Barcenas Flores, at a jobsite located at Lot 13489, Newark, Ohio 43055: On and/or preceding October 21, 2020, the employer failed to train employees on the hazards found on the worksite or the procedures to control or eliminate the hazards for employees conducting framing work. Jos� Luis Barcenas Flores was previously cited for a violation for this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1474231, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as final order on June 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1743 Silver Lawn Drive, Lot#114, Grove City, OH, 43123.
