29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Shavings Line - On or about October 15, 2020, authorized employees did not receive adequate training in lockout/tagout for the control of the hazardous energy sources of the North South Conveyor, Metal Rams or Kickers, the Inside Log Deck Conveyors, the Outside Log Deck Conveyors, and the Shavers when clearing log jams/repositioning logs/fixing logs and when cutting logs with a chainsaw out on the North South Conveyor or when clearing log jams/repositioning logs/fixing logs on the Inside Log Deck Conveyors or Outside Log Deck Conveyors. Equustock OPCO LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1412316, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Ferguson Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804.
