29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: (a) K & K Surplus, Inc., 8381 Brighton Rd., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before September 9, 2020 did not ensure that a alloy steel chain sling used to transport, and load steel plates, had adequate identification affixed to it. This condition potentially exposes employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards.
