29 CFR 1926.200(a): Signs and symbols were not visible at all times: A.) Joseph McCormick Construction Company, Inc. - On 8/25/20, and at times prior thereto, the safety instruction signs on the Crafco sealant buggy were defaced and illegible. The signs were old, tattered, and covered in tar. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
