29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident. a) At the facility, 6818 Delilah Avenue, Egg Harbor Township NJ. On April 19, 2020, an employee died from complications associated with COVID-19. The employer did not report the fatality to OSHA. Violation occurred on or about 4/19/2020, and thereafter.
