29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) On or about August 13, 2020 - 3310 N Hi Lo Circle, Huntsville, AL, employees using chemicals such as, but not limited to, disinfectant cleaners, lumber treated with pesticides, gas, diesel, propane, and oil did not have access to safety data sheets when the employer could not locate the binders and the employees did not know where to look for the binders.
