29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet was not compiled: (a) Location - 1 Technology Drive, Peabody, MA: On or about 08/18/2020, the facility's hazardous chemical inventory did not include hydraulic fluid used in powered industrial trucks, the batteries of powered industrial trucks, and an assortment of chemicals brought on site and/or left behind by contractors at the conclusion of their work within the facility. Stavis Seafoods LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1135323, citation number 1, item number 18 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Channel Street, Boston, MA 02210.
