29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: West end of bay - On or about August 13, 2020, flexible cord powering a gas level sensor for a carbon dioxide tank was run through hole in a metal wall panel near Bertsch plate roll exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
