29 CFR 1904.40(a): When an authorized government representative asked for the records kept under Part 1904, the employer did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. The employer is failing to ensure that copies of injury and illness logs are provided to OSHA within four (4) business hours of the request. On or about July 14, 2020, OSHA requested injury and illness logs from Waste Connections and received the requested documents on July 17, 2020.
