29 CFR 1910.134(m)(1):Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020: Entire facility. On or about 06/26/2020, the employer failed to maintain records of medical evaluations for employees who were required to Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (S.C.B.A.) when performing Bright Dip decant procedures at the facility. Medical records for six (6) new employees tasked required to wear S.C.B.A.s were not made available for review and/or provided to an OSHA representative when requested.
