29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): Within eight (8) hours after the death of any employee as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the fatality to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Labor. a) At the facility - 550 Jessup Road, Paulsboro, NJ 08066. On 4/23/2020, an employee died COVID-19 related complications. The employee was exposed to confirmed COVID-19 positive patients while cleaning the isolation area designated to treat COVID-19 patients.
