29 CFR 1910.146(d)(5): Under the permit-required confined space program, required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), permit-required confined space(s) are not evaluated as required under 29 CFR 1910.146(d)(5)(i) through (d)(5)(vi) when entry operations are conducted: A) Morral Companies, LLC, located at 132 Postle Avenue, Morral, OH 43337: The employer does not perform proper atmospheric testing and monitoring to evaluate the conditions in the permit spaces such as the Lawn Mixer located in the Liquid Department. Employees entering the Lawn Mixer without atmospheric testing and monitoring are exposed to atmospheric hazards. The violations occurred on or about April 16 and April 17, 2020, at the above address.
