29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) 5267 Foxcroft Drive, Schnecksville., PA, Worksite, Roof - On or about April 6, 2020, employees are performing residential roofing work on a 5/12 pitched roof, approximately 10 feet above grade, without using any means of fall protection. Joseph Seifert Contracting, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 2926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1129972, citation number 1, and item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at Ruch and Birch Streets, Whitehall, PA.
