29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent: a) Vehtek Systems, Inc. located at 2125 Wood Bridge Boulevard; On or about January 21, 2020 the employer did not ensure that each recordable injury was recorded within seven days of receiving information that a recordable injury had occurred. The company did not record approximately ten injuries that occurred between January 1, 2020 and February 28, 2020 in the OSHA 300 injury and illness logs.
