29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories were not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water: a) Warehouse Area, Men's Bathroom - On or about 03/18/2020, the employer exposed employees to sanitary health hazards in that there is no hot or tepid running water (only cold). b) Warehouse Area, Women's Bathroom - On or about 03/18/2020, the employer exposed employees to sanitary health hazards in that, hot or tepid water was not available at the facility. Natural Pack Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(d)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1323185, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Gibraltar Rd. Reading, PA 19606.
