29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not have safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a. On or about March 24, 2020 at SR 70 and I-75 Bradenton, FL. 34212, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that, Safety Data Sheets were not maintained at the workplace to provide employees information on the hazardous chemicals used at the workplace when employees were using products such as, but not limited to, gasoline and lubricants such as WD-40.
