29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- Building 200, 211 - 224 Betty Lane, Ewing NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a mid rail/screen. Condition observed on or about 02/27/20. AA & B Builder, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1288509, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/24/18, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1700 - 1700 Betty Lane, Ewing NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
