29 CFR 1910.1027(k)(1): Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium: a) Ball, Bounce, and Sport, Inc. (d.b.a. Hedstrom Plastics.) located at 211 West Geneva Street in Dunkirk, Ohio. On or about February 4, 2020 the employer did not ensure surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium. Employees working in the mixing area were exposed hazards associated with cadmium in that the work table in the mixing area had accumulations of cadmium, 16.8 micrograms per 100 square centimeters, on its surface.
