29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees in the machine area from hazard(s) created by rotating parts and crushing hazards: (a) Building No. 1 - Catbridge Converting Machine 106: The converting machine did not have appropriate guarding protection at the front end rewinding area where the employee was working near unguarded driven rotating shafts. This exposed employee(s) to caught-in, crushing, and ingoing nip points hazards.
