29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 413 NW Springwood Dr, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were working on a steep residential roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. This was documented on or about 01/15/2020. Augustin Nunez-Garcia Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1361479, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1311 S Ash Ave, Independence, MO.
