29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) Jobsite: 728 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA, 2nd level - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards during residential construction operations, thus exposing employees to fall hazards while working at heights of approximately 20 feet above the ground. Noted on or about 1/15/2020. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1406997, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/24/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1206 N Orianna St, Philadelphia, PA 19122.
