29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 1/13/2020, in the production area at 2555 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA: Employees were not provided effective information and training on the hazards associated with propane chemicals that they are exposed to while changing out tanks on the powered industrial trucks. Employer failed to ensure the exposed employees were train to know how to find and use the hazard communication program and safety data sheets.
