29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a- Building Exterior (Front and Rear): Employees engaged in siding activities were exposed to fall hazards of 12 ft to the concrete below as a ladder used for access did not extend 3ft above the upper landing surface. Condition noted on or about 01/13/2020. Carework Construction Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1259785, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 09/11/2017 with respect to a work place located at 162 Kingwood Drive, Little Falls NJ 07424. This citation became a final order on 10/04/2017.
