29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) 31 Waterloo Avenue, Berwyn, PA 19312 - The employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguishers, which were made available in the workplace, were subjected to an annual maintenance check, thus exposing employees to fire hazards. This condition was noted on or about December 23, 2019.
