29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) Garage (on the wall mounted under the ventilation louvres) - On or about December 23, 2019, the employer failed to cover no less than three electrical boxes containing energized 120-volt spliced wires, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
