29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that the stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between the landings: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area loading door platform, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when gaining access to the platform, in that, two mobile stairways were permanently installed at the ends of the platform for access which were in disrepair and bent and had uneven stair risers ranging from 8 inches to 12.5 inches high.
