29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: A.) Microtech Knives, Inc., 300 Chestnut Street Ext., Bradford, PA 16701, east exit door, on or about December 12, 2019 and times prior thereto: An electrically powered exit sign was not illuminated. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
