29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about October 22, 2019, the employer did not ensure all fire extinguishers were subjected to an annual maintenance check. A fire extinguisher located in the office area had not had a maintenance check since April of 2017. DOLLAR GENERAL WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1105836, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 3, AND WAS AFFRIMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 27, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3400 MS-35, VAIDEN, MISSISSIPPI 39176.
