29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 325 S. 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 - Rooftop & 1st floor interior: The Employer did not provide fall protection training to employees exposed to fall hazards in excess of 26 feet to the ground surface below while conducting deck installation on a residential roof and to 6 foot fall while working around an uncovered hole on the 1st floor interior area. Condition observed on or about August 27, 2019. Webb Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1393968, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/10/15, with respect to a workplace located at 14 & 16 Buttell Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701.
