29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about June 7, 2019, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 355 Fire Bush Dr NW, Massillon, Ohio 44647; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 10.9 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The Jonas Yoder DBA J&J Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Fall Protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366799, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/22/2019), with respect to a workplace located at Next to 1827 Wales Ave Ne, Massillon, Ohio 44646.
