OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fall hazards: a) The storage area on top of the breakroom- On or about August 7, 2019, employees were instructed to retrieve stored material from the top of the break room by standing on the forks of a forklift to be lifted to the top of the break room. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8' 9".
