29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees such as damaged insulation: (a) Press 9 - On or about August 21, 2019 the employer did not ensure that the outer insulation protected the 24 volt internal wires of a flexible cord connected to the control unit were intact, exposing the employee to an electrical shock when operating the press feed and straightener.
