29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking/working surface could support the maximum intended load for that surface. On or about 21 August 2019, and at times prior thereto, the ceiling of the main lobby and office was used for parts storage on racks without the load capacity known, exposing the employees working underneath to the hazard of being struck by materials collapsing from above and employees working on top from falling through the ceiling.
