29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite located at 301 Corvus Circle, Media, PA: The employer does not ensure that employees utilize fall protection systems while performing residential construction work. This violation was most recently documented to occur at the property 301 Corvus Circle, Media, PA on 7/31/2019, where employees engaged in framing activities approximately 10 feet above the ground level and 20 feet above the basement level were exposed to fall hazards without the use of fall protection systems. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must provide and require the use of fall protection systems while employees are working at heights of six feet or greater. Documented to occur on or about 31 JUL 2019.
