29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501. Scott Ribby on or about August 1, 2019 at the address of 4204 Albon Rd. Monclova, OH: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 16 feet. The employees were laying ice guard on a new residential home. Three employees were working on the roof without the benefit of any type of fall protection. Scott Ribby was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1266368 citation number 2 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2305 Scottwood, Toledo, Ohio. Scott Ribby was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1228252, citation number 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 509 W. South Boundary, Perrysburg, Ohio.
