29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501. On or about July 31, 2019, at the address of 271 Kensington Way, Elyria, OH: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet. The employees were performing sheeting activities on a new residential home. Two employees were working on the roof without the benefit of any type of fall protection. Creekside Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1281367 citation number 2 item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/17/18, with respect to a workplace located at 1264 Sandy Ridge, North Ridgeville, OH, 44035.
