29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain at least the elements in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A) through (c)(1)(ii)(C). a) Throughout establishment - On or about 6/11/19, where employees have reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and/or OPIM, the employer's written Exposure Control Plan did not include the following: 1) An exposure determination. 2) Methods of compliance for personal protective equipment including cleaning, laundering, disposal, repair, and replacement. 3) Methods of compliance for housekeeping including a written schedule for cleaning and methods of decontamination. 4) Communication of hazards to employees including the requirements for employee information and training. and 5) Recordkeeping requirements.
