29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Truck Pit: On, or about, June 7, 2019, material that had spilled off the inclined conveyor had accumulated on the floor of the pit. The material encroached on the working space of the conveyor and created a slipping/tripping hazard on the floor.
