29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Wheel Shop: In the following locations, extension cords were used to energize fans: A. Torch Burning Area: An Air Master pedestal fan was used to blow smoke out of the employees breathing zone and out the garage door when the burning torch was used to clean rims. B. Rear of Shop: A Central Machinery floor fan was used to ventilate heat air out of the building that was generated from the powder coating curing booth. Dent Wizard International previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1303680, Citation Number 1, Item Number 4b and was affirmed as a Final Order on May 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Bloomfield, Connecticut.
