29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: The employer does not ensure working space is maintained around 600 volt panel by allowing overgrown vegetation and a damaged fence to lean in front of the panel. This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2019, in the bumper cars area, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure sufficient access and working is provided and maintained about all electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground.
