29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. Site - An employee was working from a makeshift scaffold which consisted of two sheets of plywood resting atop the forks of an all-terrain forklift which was lifted to approximately 14 feet above the ground without fall protection. Clancy Builders, LLC was previously cited for a willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898809, citation number 002, item number 001A, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/27/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Woodview Way, Manchester, NH 03102.
