29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: The employer does not protect employees from sanitation hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Feed Mill, suitable bathroom facilities were not made available for the employees to use. A plastic bucket was used instead. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
