29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: (a) New residential construction located on Lot #9, Rear side: On or about 05/14/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not used by siding installers on a pump jack scaffold. Bett Mart Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269515, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/15/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2295 Melina Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Bett Mart Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1225096, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/12/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4415 Atwood Drive, Lot #144, Cumming, GA.
