29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about May 7th, 2019 employees exposed to caught between, contact with fire, and smoke inhalation hazards while working where the exit access was partially obstructed from metal and wood shelving units, a refrigerator, and stored office supplies: Instance 1: Exit door in the supervisor's office is obstructed by shelves to a 19 inch opening Instance 2: Exit route in the supervisor's office was obstructed to 23 inches between a shelving unit and a metal desk Instance 3: Exit route in the training room was 24 inches between the Refrigerator and the shelving Instance 4: Exit route in the training room was 23 inches between the desk and the shelving Instance 5: Exit route in the locker room was 20 inches from the restroom wall to a 4 by 6 stack of office supplies The United Parcel Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011552, citation number1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on (07/08/2016), with respect to a workplace located at 3 Prosperity Drive, Savannah, GA 31408
