29 CFR 1926.502(j)(1): Toeboards were not erected along the edge of the overhead walking/working surface for a distance sufficient to protect employees below. a) All levels of the building- Employer was pouring concrete and did not provide toeboards for the guardrail systems that were erected at the unprotected edges thereby exposing employees walking/working below to overhead/struck by hazards from falling objects; on or about 4/1/19. Repeat Statement: Europa Associates Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(j)(1): which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1248535, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/28/17, with respect to a workplace located at 263 Highland Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07306.
