29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Amerinox located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden, Building 1 Bathroom: Mold was present in the bathroom on the light fixtures, bathroom vent and along the sink area, on or about 3/21/2019. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
