29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about March 14, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10.5 feet. The employees were performing roofing activities on a new residential home located 1619 Crescent Drive, lot 135 Streetsboro Ohio 44241. There were three employees working on the roof without using any fall protection. B&R Construction & Building, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287420 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/16/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 7, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223. B&R Construction & Building, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1216160 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 742 Danbury, Aurora, Ohio 44202.
