29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complied with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. (RAGAGEP) This violation was most recently observed on or about January 8, 2019, in the Refrigeration Process Unit ER #2 at Americold Logistics located in San Antonio, Texas, when the employer did not follow their chosen RAGAGEP such as IIAR Bulletin No. 114 (9/91) Section 3.0 and 3.1 Piping Systems to ensure CP4 piping (LSS and HSD lines), as well as the control and manual valves on Hot Gas Defrost Line (HGD) were properly identified.
