29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: The accumulation of boxes, carts, trash, plastic, and other similar material were stored throughout the storage areas exposing employees to slips, trips, and fall hazards in the following areas: a. P1: Rear storage near exit door; In front of platform; Near side exit, and Near elevator. b. T1: Near Baler and Bulk Area. c. T2: Double doors along exit route. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1202782, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Holyoke Street, Holyoke, MA.
